Cipher Drummer Daniel Bobis Goes Missing In Indonesia

*UPDATE 7/28: Daniel Bobis' body has reportedly been found off Sumatra island. Cipher confirmed the news. Our sincere condelences to his friends and family. Let's keep them in our thoughts.*
Hardcore band Cipher confirmed the bad news: drummer Daniel Bobis went missing Sunday morning while surfing off the coast of Sumatra (Indonesia). "Yes, it's true our friend, brother, and bandmate Danny has gone missing in Sumatra. We ask that you all put him in your prayers if you pray or keep him in your thoughts if that works for you", the band stated. Daniel Bobis is also a teacher in a Long Island high school and a surf team coach. A donation fund has been set up to help with "any resources that will support the search including helicopter rental, local manpower, travel expenses, etc." (if you'd like to contribute, send funds via Paypal to dannybobisfund@gmail.com ). Our thoughts are with Daniel, his friends, family and bandmates. - L
