Ahh, the joy of spring music festivals. The weather is warming up, musicians are ready to take their sweat and tunes to the outdoor arena, and drinking beer outside while moseying from one great music performance to another for multiple days in a row actually happens. Really, there's nothing better for music lovers. So we are happy to announce that one of the largest music festivals in the world, Coachella, just announced their 2011 spring line-up (April 15th - 17th) with several acts that have been on our radar. Now in it's 12th year, the three day event will be held at Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA and will feature more than 60 bands each day from all genres' including hip-hop, alternative, punk, electronic, and reggae. Some bands that you might not want to miss this spring are Cee Lo Green, 12th Planet, Kele from Bloc Party, and Ms. Lauryn Hill on the 15th, Erykah Badu, Raphael Saadiq, and Ras G on the 16th, and Nas & Damian Marley, Rye Rye, and Twin Shadow on the 17th. For the complete line-up, click here! Tickets on sale here with a three day general pass for roughly $270.
