Check out the new graphic novel from writer D.C. Walker and artist Bruno Oliveira, ‘When The River Rises’  – set in a Louisiana prison during Hurricane Katrina. Walker tells us, “The story is inspired by True Events. A juvenile delinquent and his estranged father struggle to escape Orleans Parish Prison as Hurricane Katrina hits New Orleans.
