... the other Black experience

Over the last week and a half,I have experimented with some low tech cameras. The Argus A2B and a Tougodo Meikai EL which is a toy camera.

^^^argus a2b

I knew I could get double exposures with the Argus. There is no mechanism that prevents you from clicking the shutter without advancing the film. The only chance I took was taking photos with it in low light. It was very early in the morning when I took these shots so I barely had enough light to work with.

When I came across the Meikai EL,I did some research on it and found out it was a toy camera from the early 60's. It was aimed at children so the setting were very, very simple. I have other cameras that work similar to it but are much more advanced. I was kind of skeptical while I was taking pictures with it because it was so....cheap. My attitude was like,"If I get some good shit with this, cool,if not, fuck it." Anyway, after I got the prints back,I was a little surprised I got something out of it. A few prints were no good good because of a light leak. Others could have looked good without the light leak and still others looked kinda good with it.

^^^ bad

^^^ could have been cool

^^^ this one too

^^^ dope....because it's me...lol.

Other than that,I used one more roll of b&w film with the Chinon Infrafocus 35F-MA automatic camera. These are my favorite shots from that roll.
