Straight outta ATL, The Txlips are a (pleasantly) rough around the edge indie rock band formed by four badass chicks. With vicious melodies and a wicked drummer, The Txlips passion for rock music is apparent off the bat. But what draws me into their performances is their effortless confidence and determination to make room for black women in rock-n-roll.
