new music: electronic soul singer, drummer, and producer future perfekt releases new ep, ‘3lements’

Listen to ‘3lements’, the new EP from Future Perfekt – an electronic-soul project based in the Bay Area of California, and the creator of singer/drummer/producer/songwriter Mitchell Wilcox. He tell us: “Based in Berkeley and Hawaii, I’ve toured internationally with many artists as a live drummer-including Jidenna (when he first met Janelle Monae years ago) and hip hop veterans Zion I – but more recently felt the incessant throbbing desire to develop my own voice as an artist. I’d like to say that typically my music – which I produce, mix, and perform (vocals and live drumming) all myself – sounds like nothing else, but the best description I’ve heard thus far has been “Motown on the ISS (International Space Station) remixed by David Bowie”” Stream his new EP below.
