New Orleans: AFROPUNK ART SHOW this Sunday Feb 28th

Please consider attending this art show at FAIRGRINDS coffee house in Mid-City. My homegirls Sarah Sass Biscarra and Adee Roberson are having an opening for their art show, LET THE CURRENT HOLD YOU. They are queer women of color visionaries and they deserve your support. Adee was AfroPunk before the word existed. She's a musician (ex member of New Bloods) and a visual artist. Check out her art blog here: pineappleblack.blogspot.com. I'll be there too, and maybe this would make a good meeting place for all of y'all who've been talking about creating an AfroPunk scene here in New Orleans. I hope to see you there. xoxo
