AFRO-PUNK

... the other Black experience

I want to start a band. But then I think about it and wonder if I'm ready to even be in a band. Can I deal with several different personalities in order to come together to make some music?…

Though, I can't wait for The Losers to come out later this month. I hope it doesn't disappoint.

If you know people who play at a similar level you could start one with them. You will all improve much faster this way than on your own.

I guess it also depends on what type of music you want to play. There are a lot of bands that people loved that couldn't play so well...Sex Pistols, Black Flag, Germs, Misfits, Nirvana, and GBH are some that come to mind.

I wish you luck.
