If you've waited for a Brooklyn bus, chances are you've seen the "Racism Still Exists" billboard campaign being created from an agency/interest group/single rebel who has remained a mystery. The billboards and posters began popping up this summer and the 6 striking messages about subtle-yet-not-so-subtle message have been making waves. Besides the presence of the tumblr, the questions remain: Where are they coming from? Who is producing them?
