solange will take her live show to museums this spring!

Sitting down with Complex during weekend 2 of Coachella, the ‘Seat At The Table’ songstress, Solange, shared her exciting plans to take the acclaimed album on the road this year. Opting out of the traditional touring circuit that most artists rely on for the bulk of their earnings, Solange described her two (touring, but not touring) events saying, “Right now I have two different shows. I have one that is more a performance piece show that is being performed in museums—and more in the art context. And then I have festival shows. As of now, I’ve not scheduled a proper tour in the more traditional sense,” she detailed.

Solange’s next museum performance is tomorrow, April 26 at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco, CA.
