The Peculiar Kind - Today is Spirit Day! (Against Bullying)

Spirit Day is an annual day in October when millions of Americans wear purple to speak out against bullying and to show their support for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth.
You can also show your support by tweeting using hashtag #spiritday and changing your twitter and facebook profile pictures to a lovely purple hue!
Peep this cool video by Janet Mock, a writer and advocate, who publicly shared her teenage transition story in Marie Claire and a video testimony for the It Gets Better project in 2011.

Show your support today and help put a stop to bullying... You may just save someone's life today.
With Mad LOVE!

My first time hearing about miss mock's story. She's just absolutely gorgeous. I'll be keeping an eye out for her in the near future :)
