TRANSCEND THE CORE IS LOOKING FOR A NEW DRUMMER


Brooklyn based alt/metal and punk influenced foursome Transcend the Core are looking for a drummer to play with them when their drummer leaves at the end August.

They’re looking for a fun, friendly and focused musician who can produce 3 / 4, 4 / 4 timing and syncopated rhythms to their Chevelle, Alice in Chains, A Perfect Circle, Nirvana and Tool influenced core sound. An individual male or female between the ages of 24 – 30 years of age would also be great. They’re also looking for a hardworking player who’s willing to play a couple shows a month and rehearse at least once a week. Also someone who lives in the Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn or Bronx area would be great.

The band consists of a guitarist/singer, guitarist, bassist and drummer. They are all fun, outgoing, very hard working guys. They are also sound engineers, video editors, graphic artists, photographers…
