VH1's Lasse Larsen of "What Chilli Wants" discusses Health & Fitness with NBC cast

We all need someone in our corner that can give us good advice and help guide us in the right direction. This is the time that I usually turn to my brother from another, Lasse Larsen (from VH1's "What Chilli Wants"). While filming the NBC reality show "The Great American Health Challenge NYC" Lasse took some time to come hang out with me on the set. Lasse is a strict Vegan and he is my personal health/fitness Guru. He explained the importance of being consistent with the choices we make to lead healthier lives.
