video premiere: young paris’ majestic new visual – ‘destined’

Today we’re premiering the majestic new video from Young Paris – ‘Destined’. The video was written and directed by the New York based electro musician and features Brooklyn dancer Storyboard P (with cinematography by Kahleem Poole, music by Rancido, and also starring Dominique Sade). Young Paris tells us: “‘Destined’ was inspired by an African folktale of a young princess who befriends a village boy and falls in love with him. Her family moves far away and this separation dawns upon the two for the remainder of their childhood into adulthood. The boy becomes a great warrior and is ‘destined’ to find this princess so he summons a witch doctor to lead him to her village. A necklace she gave him at their separation from which he kept his entire life confirms his identity and they immediately begin a new chapter in their lives.
