btw, thank you! i was leaving a message for you the other day and you had some awesome music playing that i never heard before. because of you i am now a huge fan of kidney thieves.
my pc tried to commit suicide so i had to nurse it back to health. can't decide if i wanna buy a new desk top or just build 1 and get a laptop in the mean time.
yeah it's been a minute or 2 or 3. but it was seeing a piece in ebony magazine on the afro punk festival this year that made me realize that i haven't been on here in a really long time. are you going? or are you still...you know...
HA! your a cool dude too man :) glad we found each other!
btw You can get back to be whenever u want. I don't check this thing that much, lately I have, but that might change....maybe...depends. and I like to read mails over again to let my thoughts simmer and what not.
Nice to meet you too! My darkside is burgeoning so I'm just now learning how it manifests itself. You have a good eye for all things subversive I see... AP style for sure!
I meant, whatever you wanted to talk about. FYI, from one nut to another, this nut just spent another seven days in a psych ward, and I'll have you know I met a lot more cooks like you who believe in the NWO. Just thought you should know, haha. I hope you're well.
I'm sorry, I'm not sure if your comments on my photos and wall were supposed to be compliments but I found them to be pretty offensive. I do not find inappropriate things like that amusing at all, if you thought I'd be flattered.
Thanx bro glad you liked the stuff,i've noticed you are friend with Ebony Bones, small world i've played the synth with her for one year touring around the globe,i'm the one on the left side of the stage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qit-nmOWlk&feature=related
What do you want me to take seriously that I have not already? Your correctness? Because like I said, we a can't all just immediately assume your truth is the ultimate truth. Like I said, I am not necessarily trying to prove you wrong either, I just don't agree with some of the things you're saying. Anyway, reply when you want to. My computer has been down for a while so it sometimes takes some time for me to reply until I can get it fixed.
Hello Mr. Spookycreep you sent me a friend request approximately two years ago, but I had not accepted yet because in 2010 I closed my afropunk account for a while and reopened it just recently. But yes I am VERY old skool! nice meeting you. :)
So is "Listen to that tune" a game you made up? Are there rules? Should I pick some song at random and send it to you on your page? What genre of music? Something I think you'd like or something that is out of your normal listening range? Now that you mention it, I do recall the Sparks album "Music that You can dance To" and that specific song of the same title. Like it was okay but kinda off in my ears. And that sort mellow disco (but not funky disco that I liked) way that they did with Giorgio Moroder or somebody like that. It had a cover picture of a black model and a white model, both with windblow hair and white shirt dresses. I just noticed up there you writing about something on The New World Order. I went through a period of reading alot about that, The Bilderberg Group, Illuminati ideas and theories, that secret banking organization supposedly tied with The Vatican and with a branch in most major banking countries, stuff like that. I'll have to read what you wrote about it. The idea of secret societies, be they practical or debaucherous in nature, is always funny to read about. Have a good weekend, Linton Blair!
This is me and some friends, 3 of them past and present from here on AFroPunk.
I'm the second from the left, we went in December to see Fishbone and Untouchables way out in Redondo Beach. It was quite fun and my feet hurt from dancing for a couple days afterwards.
Okay I listened to that Sparks song. Not one of my favourite Sparks songs. But then those one or two 80's albums were not either except for a few songs. However, the last three albums were awesome recently and of course I adore all of the 1970's albums. Yay!
