At 2:16pm on December 19, 2011, Jess said…: yeah macon is country but it has enough city to have a social scene and a decent night life. but you know if you're out and about everyone knows who you are. connections are tight. it has it good sides and its bad sides. it's slow pace if that's what you like. alot of moves are being made right now to upgrade downtown macon. alot of ppl are moving there but another great location is the northside.

But once you leave Atlanta everywhere else is country including Macon, so if you want country you'll prolly like macon..
