Thomas Beisl is good but they also serve meat there so I'm not sure if the food is prepared in separate areas.....
The V spot is sorta the same but I like the food here much more even tho the prices are a bit iffy...
most of the time I just cook tho...i find it easier to experiment and be dissatisfied with my own food than pay for disappointment elsewhere, but since I frequently cook dissatisfaction rarely comes...
god i could go on for daysssss. right now my two favorites are corpse fortress in dc, this mega punx vegan house with all kinds of bands flooding into it every weekend; and charm city art space in baltimore. it's right in the art's district, diy, ran by "us", shows get crazy and i love it.
now tell me what to do in new york, because i always end up in central park being unhappy
