What up Rockers!

Lord Q here, Founder of LA PUNK NOIR and LAPUNKNOIR.com. In an effort to promote Black and Brown bands and artists that don’t fit within the narrow perceptions of mainstream radio, I have started an online show, LPN RADIO. I am writing to ask that your band submit songs and links to your site to be featured on the show.

As you may be aware, LPN is the hub of West Coast Alternative Urban music, news and style. For bands and artists that Black radio has no room for and mainstream radio is afraid of, the LPN platform is available to you. LPN RADIO features alternative urban bands in the genres of rock, punk, metal and alternative hip-hop. I am also interested in introducing your band, via the LPN interview series, Q:15, a daily 15 minute segment, where two songs of featured guests are played, with an interview in between.

If your band is interested in these opportunities, follow the submission guidelines:
  • Submit 2 songs in mp3 format
  • Link to band’s site
  • Contact information of band representative, and

mail to: lapunknoir@gmail.com.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,
Lord Q

Hello!
I'm producing a show on WHFR.fm public radio in Detroit that streams globally playing Black Rock/Alternative/Afropunk/Indie music.  The Urban Rock Radio Show.  I'd like to include your music, and maybe have you in for an in-studio performance when you're in the area.  Feel free to mail tunes or a press kit to me at the station, or email me your digital tunes, and I'll be happy to get them on the air.  (Let me know if any of them need a "radio edit" lol)
Feel free to pass this information along to other artists.
Peace!
James G.

CHANGE HAS COME
WWW.JETFUELFORREVOLUTION.COM

WE ARE EVERYWHERE
IN THE DNA OF MANY NATIONS
AND WE MAKE THE PLANET ROCK
GIVE IT THAT COOL TILT ON ITS ROTATION
WE RUN CORPORATIONS
WE RUN THE STREETS
WE RUN POPULAR CULTURE
WE ARE BIGGER THAN YOU HATERS
AND THIS MOMENT IN HISTORY
IS BIGGER THAN US
YOU NEED TO BE DOWN
AND BECOME LOVERS
BECAUSE LOVE IS STRONGER THAN HATE
DIDN'T YOU SEE "DO THE RIGHT THING"?
HATE....KNOCKED OUT BY LOVE
IT'S A PAINT THE WHITE HOUSE PARTY
AND YOU ARE INVITED
IMAGINE THE COLORS
IMAGINE THEM RUNNING
BLEEDING TOGETHER
THE WAY WE BLEED TOGETHER
IN WAR
BLEEDING FROM THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A NEW WHITE HOUSE
AND NOT THE DESTRUCTION
OF US ALL
OBAMA-VISION IS ON
WATCH IT AND DON'T BLINK
YOU WILL SEE THE PAST
AND THE LESSONS IT'S TAUGHT US
YOU WILL SEE THE PRESENT
AND WHAT IT HAS WROUGHT US
AND YOU WILL SEE THE FUTURE
AND US DANCING IN THE DISTANCE
DANCE WITH US
TO THE RHYTHM
OF A NEW HEARTBEAT!

FINALLY, A DEFINITE ALTERNATIVE!

ARE YOU DOWN?
