Remembering the "ORIGINAL" SOUL TRAIN on Channel 26 in Chicago before it went national in the '70's. Those images should be added to his memorial!

So, so, sad. Don Cornelius taught me about black life in America. His celebration of blackness was broadcast every Saturday morning offering me a glimpse into a world that I felt so cut off from. Rest in peace, my brotha, rest in peace.
