St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch has admitted that he presented false evidence to the grand jury in the case against Darren Wilson, specifically his decision to present an eyewitness to the grand jury, Sandra McElroy, who was in fact not at the scene of the crime. McElroy testified that Michael Brown charged at Wilson “like a football player, head down,” and corroborated Wilson’s claim of self defence.
