In May, AFROPUNK featured the pilot episode of new webseries “The New Adult”. The series follows a black girl who’s “big into alt rock, she’s a rebel, a screw-up, and a bit of an asshole. But a charming one.” Creator Katherine Murray-Satchell is now in fundraising mode, working hard to getting the funds to complete the rest of Season 1.
